    Any tips for a weak kunt OHPer? I've pause benched 120 but my best OHP is 70x1, although I've done 67.5x3 (1RMs feel ridiculously tougher).

    She was never going to say anything positive about steroids especially when she's claiming natty herself

    Agree with all of the above, although Bigger Faster Stronger does its best to offer a balanced viewpoint. Good doc for any noobs to PEDs, though I'm assuming most people ITT have seen it.

People across the country being fed lies by the media, thinking it's acceptable to smoke/drink/snort whatever but are made to believe steroids are bad and that BCAAs + whey will make you look like Greg Plitt.     Just got back to a 1 plate OHP myself and happy enough with that (for now).

    Watched both the union and league. League was expected. Union was expected based on Wallabies performances through the year, especially in the Rugby Championship. England were gifted by the match officials today; Not perfect, but it will do.

    about 50 games a season, 15g bcaa after each so that's 750g for the season, add in a few other things and using it 'intra workout' so call it a kilo... meh only like 50 quid for a year.
