In on dis chit. Every time I go to get my haircut the barber makes a comment about how thick my hair is. The only problem is that for my hairstyle I have to get it thinned out so having thick hair is kind of a nuisance. Btw is having really thick hair a sign you won't ever go bald?

Thick hair is always better than semi-thick and fine hair.

Was completely bald in Nov 2012, got one haircut in April 2013, trimming it up. havent had it cut since..So I'm in the awkward stage (growing it to shoulder length for no particular reason)

Awkward stage sucks, but if you push past it, long thick hair can flow so good and doesn't look creepy like long thin hair does.

I wash every 3 days, conditioner on the first and 2nd days. Doesnt get greasy but looks clean and soft.

Got thick wavy black hair also. Fishes a lot of compliments and right now I'm growing it out, hard to maintain but I could be thinning out and have a high hairline amirite?

If you guys are looking for a good holding gel look up American Crew Grooming Cream. Works wonders, give me a nice shine but my hair isn't straight so it looks nice.

Edit - Right now my sides are about 1.5 inches/2 inches and my hair on top goes all the way to my nose..
