    Best Way to do pullups?

So lately i've been doing alot of pullups in my full body workouts, and most recently i've tried a variety of grip positions (i usually do wide grip pullups, and have started doing neutral grip pullups and underhand grip chin-ups with a full range of motion). i feel like the chin ups and neutral grip pullups are actually harder than wide grip pullups (since there is a better range of motion/better stretch on the lats). Does anybody else feel this way?

What type of pullups do you prefer?

Since i'm doing full body workouts, i tend to to pullups every workout. Normally i only do wide grip, but i'm thinking of doing wide grip one day (3 sets), neutral another (3 sets), and chin ups the last (also 3 sets). I'm also considering doing 1 set of wide, 1 set of neutral, and 1 set of chins each day instead.
What do u guys think of this?

by having a wider grip, there is less range of motion and and your arms will end up doing more of the work and fail before your lats. wide grip pullups/chins are stupid compared to normal, shoulder width grip, you never see people doing wide grip barbell rows, so why do they use a wide grip for pullups? some people dont use logic...

Anyways, that's true about wide grip, it's not very effective since it has the least range of motion, that being said, would i make sense to do just underhand chins since i find them the hardest and they give the best stretch on the lats?

they actually DO use a wide grip for barbell rows... it just trains slightly different parts of your back...
The mechanics of a row are something TOTALLY different from the mechanics of a pullup

at the end of the day it all comes to preference, it doesn't really matter that much.
