The water will go away, but anything you gain from your diet and training (with creatine helping along the way) remains.

You may notice diminished workout intensity.

It takes up to 6 weeks for creatine to wash our of your body. Some people never cycle off.

The direct gain from creatine will always go away when you stop taking it, regardless of how long you've been taking it

Yes, creatine doesnt give you muscle, lifting and working out do. I think you have very unrealistic expectations of creatine, its not magic.

Magic no. But can be very beneficial when combined with proper diet and training...

take creatine year round. don't cycle off.

In basic terms, this is the way creatine works:

    1. There is a "cavity" in your muscle that holds ATP+Creatine Phosphate stores
    2. Supplement with Creatine
    3. That cavity hold more energy.

The thing is your creatine stores leave very quickly with high intense exercise.

I've "heard" (don't quote me on this) that creatine can maybe get you 1-2 extra reps. Now thats not a lot. But years over years of 1-2 more reps adds up.

I've just started taking MET-Rx's creatine hcl called Quik Creat: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/me...te-powder.html It's way cheap and on sale now -buy 2 get a multi free

    Good luck and get big!!!
The 2 most important things to me when training are 1. The Muscle Mind Connection. and 2. Intensity
