Hi guys, i have been training since new year. I would like some feedback from you people, im aware of that my leggs are lagging i used to skip them from time to time when i started to train and ive got some fat to get rid of. Im sorry but i dont have any before pictures all i can tell you is i was a skinny guy with enough fat to be disgusted, my weight before was around 170 and right now its about 178 im also 5"8. I would love to hear your opinions and adjust my training. I also wonder, why hasnt my weight changed at all? Im often on this site and i see guys gaining 40 pounds etc while my weight remains pretty much the same.

Uhh i dont usually do cardio, i workout in a sweater preferably with high tempo. But before the summer i felt like i had a bit too much fat, so i did 15 minutes of running every day before working out as a warmup , usually burned around 150 calories or so or thats what the machine said atleast.. Other then that nope and thank u for the motivation

Forgot to reply about my schedule, monday is chest/tuesday back/wednesday legs/thursday shoulders/ friday i usually do whatever i think lacks, i usually end up doing chest/arms /preferably with dumbbells because i dont do it alot during the week) because of my wrists and i do pullups/dips for 5 sets just until i fail, im also thinking about adding saturday as a training day but i have no clue what to add. Any suggestions?

Good Progress
Every one is different, no one puts on 40lbs in a year unless its a majority of fat or celltech. In someone's first year of traing about 5-15 pounds of muscle is all most people can get unless your very young and still growing. Your second year it will be even less and so on. Train hard, eat well, rest and enjoy the journey!
