Anyone try Creatine Glycerol Phosphate?

So i was just browsing my local supplement store, and i saw C.G.P. (Creatine Glycerol Phosphate) by Metabolic Nutrition. I don't know much about this type of creatine but i was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on it? Has anyone tried it before?

I've had a few samples. Don't remember what flavor but remember it being easily drinkable. I don't know anything about the science behind it.

It's been around for a long time. Just another creatine claiming to reduce the dreadful "water retention" of regular creatine. Much more effective and cheaper ways to get a pump than overpriced creatine.

Never had anything from them but i do want to try Protizyme PB Cookie eventually.

There is so much wrong with this that I don't know where to start. That fact that what this stuff is is shrouded in mystery leads me to believe that it is nothing more than a creatine phosphate salt that ionizes in the GI along with some shake and bake magnesium, potassium, sodium and calcium glycerophosphates.

There is very little feedback on this type of creatine so i am guessing it was probably just another fancy type of creatine.

Yeah, they have great products. I tried this about a year ago. Gave me a bit of a "pump" feeling. I rather use hemavol and regular creatine though.

Magnesium citrate is a otc laxative
