is it that feeling when your eyes go a little blurry and you feel slightly dizzy and lightheaded, but this last for only about 7 seconds, then you come right again.

this happens when i powerclean something heavy, and i need to pause before i can jerk it

yeah its that one, tiny bit of vertigo even. had one time i finished a set of cleans and my vision had a fukken wave go through it, scared the sht outta me but good to know everyone gets similar **** lifting heavy. make sure a spotter next time though most lifts would be fine but the placement of the bar right by your neck could have been some tragic sht. mirin strength doe
