    Help with purchasing mdusa sandbag

Have a personal training studio and would like to add a sandbag.

Trying to decide type of weight to buy. Have a few high school athletes but mainly 30-40 year old men-women trying to get in better shape.

Few older clients and 3-4 obese.

Would a standard shell case be better than the xl? Ideally id like to load it up where I can use it too.

    45-45-18 sandbags?
Buy a extra 9 and 18? Do these bags still function with just 1 or 2 bags in shell or would 3 be necessary to keep some forms of balance?

I have a Vulcan sandbag and also run a training biz. I can tell you it's a pain in the ass to constantly take shells in and out. Th bag is made well, and I'll definitely buy the same brand. Im going to buy 2 more so I can have one set at 25-35, 55, and 75#.
