    Lats question help!!!

Hey guys, whenever I perform lat pulldowns and straight arm pulldowns I feel an immense burn right at the top of the lats like i mean RIGHT AT THE TOP where the lat connects to the armpit right up in that lat/armpit crease. Is this normal? am i meant to feel these exercises right at the top there? is that still working lats? cheers

Teres minor. Just down a bit is lats.
    Sickening.

Fear leads to hate, hate leads to anger, anger leads to suffering... In one final act of self defense, the great mother earth must purge herself and if that means the death of 3 billion people... So be it. If we choose war over peace, If we choose fear over logic, If we choose to be led into war and not lead ourselves to the promise land, then we deserve hell on earth.

sorry what I was meant to ask was, is this normal to feel? and does the teres minor/major make the back look wider and give the "wings" appearance?

Lats are what looks like wings. I sometimes get liftoff on windy days.
