Im trying to pack on muscle a little faster before the summer gets here si i have been taking a mass gainer and creatine but I finished them last week and looking up what to buy I saw almost and all in one supplement. EnaSport Whey X-Pro (Protein + Creatine + Glutamine + Aminoacids)
So my question is:
What is better EnaSport Whey X-Pro or just some regular Mass Gainer and Creatine ? (Don't have a favorite brand)
Im 5,7" and 134lbs.

I'm not familiar with that product. Mass-Tech is another great option.

The above two posts are both great recommendations, I also like Cytogainer and Up Your Mass as well. But I only use these when I am traveling or know I will have a tight week time wise, otherwise I soley depend on whole foods. Whole food will always give you the best gains in my opinion.

Iso Mass Xtreme gainer is a good one. Whey isolates, good carbs, and I think 5 types of creatine. About $70 for 30 servings which sounds like a lot but look at other good gainers, MHP up your mass is $32 for 17 servings so it's basically buying 2 of those.
