velvet bean extract more or less. gets you lean overnight and its a "plateau buster"
ive hit a plateau
and ive changed my workouts to no avail.
my diet is high carbs high protein high fats. im taking in roughly 3200 to 3500 cals
does anyone know if this stuff lives up to its claims?

This. You need to re-evaluate your training and diet. If you are not consistently training and if you are not counting calories/macros then there is your problem. Start doing that for a couple months and you will see plateaus are more rare then you think. Personally, I find plateaus to be a crutch for the majority of people who dont do things such as tracking calories or macros.Six Star Pro Nutrition Lead Rep
