Hey guys i need to know if chaing nitrates causes headaches at the back of the head .
I was using iforce PN last 2 weeks went up to 3 caps a day ( i train only 4 days a week).
Then this week i started ANS dilate 2 caps pre workout . And since then im getting headaches.
What should i do ,stop using it?
Is it the change of nitrates the cause?
Please some one explain.
Im not taking any other supplement with the above.

Nitrates are known to cause headaches in some cases. Has anything else changed in your lifestyle? Any unique events? Do you ever get headaches normally?
you should stop taking your nitrates and see if the headaches subside. If they don't after a few days, see a doctor. If they do, you can wait a few days and then give your new product another go to see if you get headaches again. If you do, you should probably stay away from it permanently.
Also be aware of other training related causes of headaches, including overtraining if applicable (which would include general fatigue)

Looks to be very little nitrates in Dilate. Its probably another ingredient. Vinpocetine could cause headaches. Maybe even the Yohimbe. Just guessing though.

I believe the iForce KNO3 has more nitrates than your new product but I could be wrong as I am to lazy to look up the label. In any case, Nitrates like mentioned are known to cause headaches for some. If anything, I would think the KNO3 being higher dosed would cause it. It may be a different ingredient.

Nitrates can be a cause, but as others have suggested the other ingredients in dilate could be the cause.

I like said when i was on PN i dint have any heavhes , before that i was on c4 ,rcss myo blitz etc but never experienced headaches , this only startd when itook dilate . So as many of u pointed that its not the nitrate it may be the yohimbe and other stuff.
Lets see will give dilate a break and start with KNO3 .
If it still persists ,any home remedy to do?
And thank u guys for helping
