Ok I bought some creatine ethyl ester hcl from http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutr.../10530204.html and it suggests taking 3gram 1 hour before working out. Well I eat 1 hour before working out and have a lot of carbs should I consume the creatine with my food or should I have it on a empty stomach?

And 3 days on monohydrate? Let me guess, you tried to "load it". Just do 3 grams everyday, if that is too much, split the dose up into 1.5 grams twice a day.Krispy Kreme Krew Forever.

That study kinda sucks. The study used this liquid creatine below. As I am sure you are aware, liquid creatine products are notorious for their instability and cyclization to creatinine. What I would really want to know is the effect on muscle creatine which was not evaluated. Without that, for all you know the differences could have been from the myriad of variables that were not controlled and statistical noise. BodPods aren't great at measuring body comp either. If they gave them a bottle of the product, I wonder if they dosed enough since a 10ml (1 full Delivery Detonator) serving is only 2.5 grams of creatine.
