Are explosive excersises good for cutting or gaining muscle mass?

they help build the solid dense muscle. If you do them long enough it could help with cutting as you burn calories
Obssession is a word lazy people use to describe dedication.
If your not nervous before going to the gym your probably not working out hard enough (my new favorite quote)

Also explosive athletes tend to be more cut up. Think of sprinters vs cross country runners. Then again it goes with diet to because line men in football are really explosive as well and tend to be on the larger side. Its all relative to numerous factors when it comes down to it.
