Stronger Faster Healthier Protein

Has anybody heard of SFH protein? "protein concentrate derived from a grass fed, free range cows, which are never treated with antibiotics or bovine growth hormones."

Is it worth purchasing? (My apologies if links are not allowed)

I would say the processing undergone by whey proteins would make irrelevant most of the things being promoted by these folks. Very rarely are promotions like this legitimate.

I've used their recovery powder before - I have noticed that I do seem to bounce back a bit quicker after a tough workout

I have used SFH for a long time. it is clean and not loaded with sugars. no added junk just a pure whey protein. it is worth the price. Like anything else you get what you pay for. you can buy cheap 5# tubs of whey on this site and most of it is garbage. thats why it so cheap. stevia,sugar,dextrose, fructose, glucose polymers, sucrose, maltodextrin, xylitol, acesulfame-k, and aspartame are all the same junk binders that are put into protein powders. you might as well just have a diet coke.
