    Looking for some good advice

    Im 26 been working out for consistently for 6-7 years. I weigh 130 pretty cut up. Can bench up to 240 on a good day, deadlift up to 300. I dont go too heavy on legs due to a bad knee but i do enough to keep them strong. I surprise a lot of people with the amount of weight i can put up for my size. I wanna put on more size and ive been taking a gainer for 2x a day for the past 6 months. I know the simple answer is to eat eat and eat some more. Its hard to eat as much as i want because of working all the time and not always having the appetite. I can lose weight easily if I dont get enough protein and calories my body needs. Its frustrating to be working out as hard as i do for as long as i have and not put on the mass to show for it. Any positive feedback and help would be appreciated.
