Just curious as the title says. Ill make this as short as possible.
Is it safe to consume all of these supplements?
Just getting serious about lifting/cutting fat and want to make sure I'm doing it right. My diet is fine and I lift 5x a week and do cardio every morning, empty.
Meals 1 / 3 / 5
1x opti-men
2x CLA core
1x Triple strength fish oil
1x green tea extract
Meals 2 / 4 / 6
Whey isolate based
Pre workout:
6x Amino Tech
Post Workout:
6x Amino Tech
What are your thoughts as im basically "new" to supplements.
thanks

Too many supps in my opinion.
I take a multi, fish oil, creatine mono, whey protein, and preworkout whenever I have some and feel like taking it.
I wouldn't advise all of the aminos and cla because it's mostly a waste. Amino acids come from protein, so if you take an ample amount of protein you should get enough aminos.
Green tea extract? Why not just drink green tea? Go to Walmart and buy the 100% pure green tea bags, go to gnc and buy nustevia (only reason I ever step in that store anymore) and enjoy.
