Hey guys, so far, my knees are getting better, I gave them some rest days and started taking some anti-inflammatory, they dont hurt anymore when walking or extending them, anyways, I squatted on monday and I didnt feel any pain on my knees, well, I did less weight, and used a wider stance. The question is: If I still want to lift heavy for strength (BLSS routine) should I do box squats?, do they go easy on the knees?. If I what I'm planning to do is plain stupid just tell me please.
