    Plateau'd at 2 years, help!

    Hey guys, Im looking for some advice to smash this plateau...Ill give you some info on my lifting history first;

    Ive been lifting since my 19th birthday 2 years ago. I started at 155lbs (at 6ft1...I know lol) and for the first 10-12 months I used a basic 5x5 lifting routine 4 times a week hitting the big 4 compounds (deadlift, squat, bench and shoulder press). It worked really well and I hit 175lbs after 1 year. I started to get more serious about this lifting thing, aiming for ~200gs protein a day and ~3500 cals and changed my routine up to a 4 day split of Legs/abs, Chest/triceps, Back/biceps, Shoulders/traps/abs. That worked really well for 8-9 months, I hit 185lbs @ 9% bf (measured with calipers). Ive been using a weight gainer shake and creatine mono off and on during this period.

    However this is where my journey to Mt.Olympus stagnates. In the last 3-4 months my bf% has stayed the same but my weight has been flucuating around 185lbs...even when im hitting my macros and training hard. My weight just wont budge

    Im looking for some feedback from anyone else who has gone beyond a plateau, would anyone recommend another routine / nutritional advise / supplementation advise? My life time goal is 195lb/200lbs @ 8/9% bf. I am in this game for the long haul and Im aware it takes years of training to achieve the physique im after, is it a simple case of just 'keep pluggin away' or should I change things up?

    Ty for reading brahs

    So your noob gains ended and the little bit afterwards as well.

    Well first things first, you need to eat more. If you've been doing the same routine for a while, switch it up.

    Stop gaining weight? Eat more, still not gaining weight? Eat more than that
