    Arrow Lower/middle back ache when driving

    When I drive more then an hour I feel my lower/middle back ache/pain, building up lower and middle back muscle will help?

    Anyone have the same problem?

    No way to tell for sure.
    Back probblems while driving can be caused by so many different things.
    Muscle fatigue
    Improper Ergonimocs
    Lack of hydration
    Stress caused by driving
    A bone spurr
    bulged disc
    The list goes on

    Unless you know what's causing your back to hurt, you're shooting from the hip.
    Strengthening your back is still a good idea if doing so doesn't cause more pain.
