I've been using some Nike ones for about 18 months now that I love. I have small (little boy sized) hands so they fit perfectly! They are a bit torn up but I love them. They remind me of all the hard work I have put in.

I also have some nike ones - they're pretty old at this point and have held up well. I still get callouses, but they don't tear and don't hurt as badly as they would/do without gloves. I can definitely tell a difference when I lift without them.

A good workout equipment store should have women's gloves. Or at least men's gloves that are small enough.
(I unfortunately have tiny hands, and had to buy the most expensive gloves because they were the only ones that were small enough and the children's gloves were just a tad too small. But if you have average sized hands this shouldn't be a problem. Try them on before you buy them.)
    Polymaths have it made.

I found some women's ones that are leather AND washable. Which means my hands don't smell like the gorilla cage after working out. Once ever 3 weeks keeps the funk to a minimum

I used to do the "just build callouses" until I ripped one off on the chin-up bar. I dont mind my hands being rough but I DO mind an oozing sore for 4 days :S No thanks! Gloves it is for me

I follow this woman on ******** who really likes gloves from femmefitalefitness.com. I personally don't use gloves, but they have super cute designs and frequently run specials.

I use baseball batting gloves. I prefer the full-finger feeling or the fact that I just don't want to touch anything at my gym. Plus, I get a little bit more grip from the leather.
Only con is that they're hard to clean.
