    supplements for strength workout

    hey guys i am doing strength workout like 5 sets of 5 reps and i would like to know what supplements should i take to increase my strength in workout i dont care about size i mostly want to build strength. what supplements should i take for a strength workout or even what supplements would help to get as much strength as possible strength from my workout for fast results?

    You don't need any supplements, but a lot of guys (myself included) take creatine, whey protein, daily multivitamins, and fish oil pills. Really just the basics.

    Swap out multivitamins for Vitamin D3 and that's what I use. The D3 keeps me feeling a lot healthier, especially through the winter months.

    i take that too. 5 or 10 thousand IUs a day, but i don't feel any difference to be honest. and i probably should because it's really dark where i live.

    First thing popped into my head was Smashburger. I usually get the root beer floats but last time I went I tried their new PB&J shake. Strawberry shake with Nutter Butters blended in. Pretty good.
