So since the beginning of summer I've been cutting all my extra body fat. I was on a low-carb diet (with cheat meals whu whu!) with tons of cardio for almost 3 months. Probably one of the hardest things I've done but definitely the most rewarding as well!
1st Month:
Supplements - BSN Hyper Shred
Diet - Meats and green vegetables (low carbs, under 20-30g a day)
Workouts - Light run in the morning
- Insanity later in the day
2nd Month and so on:
Supplements - BSN Hyper Shred
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Yohimbine
Diet - Meats and green vegetables (low carbs, under 20-30g a day)
Workouts - Weight training in the morning
- Insanity later in the day
Beginning:
Date: June 14, 2013
Weight: 175lbs.
Bodyfat: 14%
End:
Date: August 27, 2013
Weight: 163lbs.
Bodyfat: 9%
I also posted a video on youtube of my entire progress. I took a picture for every single day I was cutting (even cheat days!). LOL guess I can't post links yet!

Thanks a lot!
I'm not exactly sure, but it was probably no more than 1600. My main focus was cutting a lot of my carbs out with intaking about 20g a day. So yeah majority of my calories came from fats and protein!
And yeah, that sounds like a good idea! Definitely don't want to regain that fat back haha

Looking pretty solid man. That being said, 1600 cals is pretty low for someone your size - especially with cardio\workouts on top of that. I was cutting on 2200-3000 calories (carb cycling) - with cardio\workouts.
Next time I cut, I'm going to drop the cardio and just cut with workouts\diet I think.
