    Unhappy Why does my stomach stick out weirdly ? doesn't look normal. PICS

    This could be bad bodyfat dist. which i definitely have. But if thats the case, i need to know that when i lose the fat, it will look flat and normal. Because it appears that my ABDOMINAL WALL is itself, curved in a weird manner. Like my top 4 abs are straight and fine, then my lower two abs are ... popping out .. not in the way you'd want them too. It's like the muscle itself is extended out more than the top 4 abs , if that makes ANY sense ...

    Just look . Also, when i sit down, that line you see in the middle, my stomach curls at it. So when i sit down for a long time the line becomes red. Which is annoying as crap. others can be fat as hell, but when they sit down, their stomach is still in one solid piece. Mine gets "split in half " by a huge ass curl at that annoying line..


    If i cut , and get rid of it, will my stomach indeed look " flat " ?

    I do have large obliques. it's sort of annoying when you have fat over them.

    Yeah. if i cut, and that's another question, SHOULD I BE CUTTING BASED ON THAT PICTURE ? im skinny fat. hard to tell.


    anyways, if i cut, will my stomach look like this ? or will my bad genetics forbid it ...

    Probably. Yes you're right. I'm 66 KG though. Not sure if that's 140 LBS or not exactly.

    Generally dependent on much food I've eaten recently.

    hmm .. well .. When i look at it from above, it looks like my midsection is okay, then when i hit the lower abs, its just sticking out crazily. Its a combination of fat/bloating/widewaiste/big obliques

    i just dont want it to look like that when i lose the fat. By the way, great physique man (y)

    Meh. Get some pecs and shoulders going and then even if it still sticks out just as much, it won't seem like anything in proportion to rest of your frame.

    My lower abdominal is the same as yours brah.

    I guess its just due to minimal fat/water retention/bloating in that area.
