First off, im hyper mobile thus my joints already suck and aren't too happy about stretching etc, but I have been slowly working on my mobilty.
The main problem is though, when I go up in weight, I sort of tilt forward, and almost start doing a crunch type movement. I realize some of this is my abdominals being weak as phuak, and I'm working on that, my I suspect my form is also off. Anyone with this problem, or who knows something about it?
