Had my Dental appointment for dat dere pearly white aesthetic teeth, huge arm pump at the gym, and being playful with a hbb. Also surprised that I've posted here 3 days in a row now. Looks like good habits are slowly creeping back. Stay positive brahs!

You 'feel' like fapping, but you don't 'feel' horny? Uwotm8. Once you've reached that week 2-5 stage, it's possible that you've flatlined. That's when you should utilise your energy into other areas of your life, rather than accepting your mind's temptations. Took initiative and approached on girls last night after being a pussy for a very long time. To the brahs that think no fap does chit for you when it comes to "approaching girls", you're just fuking yourself over. The only way you're gonna approach is if you choose to approach, wether that be a random or oneitis. You're more likely to approach when you're in the beginning stage of no fap (horny), but why rely on it?
It's clear the message that the experienced brahs are trying to convey is "use nofap for self improvement and to mental and emotional problems". It's not there just to "help you out with girls". So if you're doing no fap as an alternative to picking up your nuts, you're doing it for the wrong reasons. I was doing it for the wrong reasons, and I can admit that I was wasting my time.

I know what you mean. Nofap alone doesn't automatically give you powers to approach girls. Rather, you just have to have the will power to do it. Because there are many out that probably have no idea what nofap is, yet they're probably fapping on a daily basis and still approaching girls, etc. By subtracting all that time put into fapping and directing it towards learning a second language for instance, you're improving yourself, adding an attribute that makes you interesting, traits that girls are looking for.

Did a reset after 90+ days

Started no fap again May 1. It's actually easy now. Before when I would relapse or purposefully reset starting over was just as difficult as ever.

This time is different. I think I finally have this mastered after 2 years of trying and failing and using 1 week cycles for a large portion of that time as well.

I wanted to test myself after my longest streak and I think I made it. Have less than zero desire to look and anything remotely near pornographic, and no urges to fap.

I'm going to stick around this thread and keep learning as much as I can about no fap and will help everybody trying to overcome this the best I can, as well as answer questions newer people may have.

Its important we listen to testimonials and dont pass them off as bro science or placebo effect. If people are reporting the same thing over and over its true. Placebo or not, its a no fap effect. Even the guys that are saying "I feel alpha as phuck", I believe it. What there trying to say is I feel really confident, energetic and good about myself. It doesnt mean everyone is going to feel that way, but it is an effect of no fap that a lot of people are repoting. Dardardz was right in the sense that you have to listen to the testimonials.
