There's definitely improvements with self confidence when nofapping, I think I have very low test cos I'm always down an apathetic even when fapping only a couple times a week. How would one go about testing levels of test? It just a standard thing?

Relapsed on day 37. Longest iv'e gone to date. Need to focus on the reason why I Fap and look at porn, the root at why I have this addiction. Trying to quit without those tools you're more likely to relapse.

Unfortunatly eejets like myself are still relapsing... but I get hope when I see some of you who have broke free or who are at least very close to doing so.

Personally, I seem to nose dive into flatline with depressive feelings nearly everytime I try to stop. That's generally what gets me.
So I guess if I can just push through them I might make it. Will not stop trying though, i am gonna make it.

I thought I would share a response with you guys on this subject. Guys have taken to the no fap and no porn everywhere, and it surprised me when, tonight, a friend of mine gave me his phone.

"What is this for?" I asked.

He went on to explain to me that normally he gives his phone to his roommate (a girl) so that when he is going to be alone, because he does not want to be tempted to trip up, or worse, actually fail. His roommate had already gone to bed, and so he handed me his phone and told me to take it, and he is getting it from me tomorrow.

First off, this was so bold that it caught me off guard, and he wasn't ashamed at all to take a step back and say he needed the help. A lot of people come in here just testing the waters of no fap no porn, but the ones that come in recognizing the issue and how it affects us are going to be the ones to succeed.

On top of this, he wasn't what we all have been. We are reactive here, instead of proactive. He is proactive, and thus going to be a thousand times more successful than the guy who waits around to fail and then tries to fix why.

Ultimately this leads me with one conclusion, either you want it bad enough or you don't. Those who do, start being proactive. Let's figure out proactive methods together and do them, and I will be the first one to get my friend to lock down a blocker on here that I cannot get past, you might be better off to do the same.

I thought it was extreme though too, but also really cool. The issue is, some people here will return over and over to the same issue without figuring anything out. There has to come a time when you just remove it from your life in any way possible, right?

I feel great these days, really confident and outgoing. My sex life is better, libido is stronger and I am much more confident with women, but the greatest joy is the self dicipline I have acquired over these weeks, I am so proud of the fact that I have really sticked to it strictly for so long and can't imagine myself ever going back to my old ways.

Easiest way to get comfortable for me is to mentally acknowledge your own anxiety or awkwardness (e.g. Feeling like everyone is staring) then just ignore it and start talking to everyone anyway. I often build "social momentum" by talking to guys first and clowning around before I start hitting on girls.

Are you saying when you get quiet time (away from uni) you lose track of goals and purpose ?

If thats what your saying then yes I can relate. I'm not currently working due to an injury which has now fully healed. I think work or school gives us purpose, and without it we would be lost, without purpose.

I think no fapping HELPS with becoming more comfortable but it isn't a magic pill. There are other issues that you have besides fapping that is preventing you from feeling comfortable. Lack of experience? Most likely.

Just go for it, if it is a party everyone will be drunk so you probably can't screw up that badly.
