Thread: Carb question

    Carb question

    I've lost around 100 pounds in the last year or so. I went from 290 to 190 I did it by eating high protein and low carbs (100 or so carbs a day) I decided to up my carbs to around 230 now because I heard eating that low carbs for a long period of time isn't healthy. I've gained about 9 pounds in the last 2 months. I do workout 5 days a week. Cardio normally 15 minutes then 30-45 minutes of weights. Should I be worried about my weight gain and drop my carbs to 100 again?

    when you are adding and subtracting these carbs... you know that you are eating more or less calories which is effecting your weight loss/gain?


    There is no special risk or benefit to eating more carbs.

    There is no special risk or benefit to eating more carbs.
    I'm at about 2300 calories.
