I've lost around 100 pounds in the last year or so. I went from 290 to 190 I did it by eating high protein and low carbs (100 or so carbs a day) I decided to up my carbs to around 230 now because I heard eating that low carbs for a long period of time isn't healthy. I've gained about 9 pounds in the last 2 months. I do workout 5 days a week. Cardio normally 15 minutes then 30-45 minutes of weights. Should I be worried about my weight gain and drop my carbs to 100 again?
