Lets gets this rolling. This is day one of my ckd bulk. A little about myself. I am 5ft 8 158 lbs. I started my clean bulk at 144 lbs at 5-6.5 bf level 3 months ago. I used ph for a little help I am 31 yrs old. I did the traditional high complex carb bulk on a strength program my lifts are out of this world as we speak. As you can see from my bodyspace barely if any fat was put on. 12 lbs 3 months. So i want to do an experiment. I am a supporter of ckd diets and carb cycle diets. These diets have gotten me into the best shape of my life with the lowest bf. I run these every summer. I wanted to do some research. I said to myself can one bulk on the ckd. I have read the post from here and other forum boards and I saw logs that just diminished over time. I am here to prove this can and will be done correctly. I was on a 16 week strength program that i used to success. I just began last week as a change the hst training program which is working awesome right now( cant wait to get into the heavier weights lower reps). So I calculated i am starting at 2850 cals. Out of this 212 grams is fat and 196 grams is protein. I dont need carbs never did never used them in my ckd cut. Supplement I am taking multi vitamin and fish oil. I will update this log on a weekly basis ever sat at weigh in unless something crazy happens. I am very consistent so nothing is going to change except cals when my weight goes up. I eat the same thing every day and i weigh everything. My carb up will be 36 hrs starting sat afternoon to sun night and for the most part will be clean. This is a 4 month experiment. Lets go get it

Good day plenty of energy. I did go back to my old 3 day program that I created of push pull legs split. I decided to go back to this for complete strength and mass. It worked for 16 weeks straight took a few off on hst to get my plateaus broke. Came back strong today and smashed some plateaus. If it works stick with it. Did Legs and shoulders. Squats I did 300 for 5 reps @ 158lbs I feel as it is good for me. I dont get the crazy fat adaptation symptons I have done ckd so many times. BTW on my off days I do abs and HIT on the Elliptical

Good day today. Smashed an hit session on elliptical. Killed abs. Doing back biceps tomorrow. I love whole eggs so much better than whites. I actually had 2900 cals today had an extra tbsp cream with a bonus cup of coffee. Weigh in sat. Last week was 158. I expect a loss this week because of the drop in water. Ill keep everyone posted

I am not putting any fat on strength is increasing weight 156 to 158. Cals counted food weighed 2900 to 3000 cals. I bulked on carbs low fat and mod protein went from 144 to 158. Check my bodyspace pic that was taken a few days back. Ckd bulk is like no other. No bloat which i experience on carbs. I understand the muscle takes longer but i still have 6 more months. Been bulking for 3 already

Well weigh in i weigh 156 as of sat. So staying at the same weight maybe a lb up or down. I am at 70 fat 30 protein. Lifting heavy eating 3000 cals. If it is the same weight this week. Ill bump up another 150 to 200 cals. Energy great. I am dried out and carved up. Chest day was yesterday. I killed it. I feel strong

You guys probably assumed Ohh another dude that started a keto bulk and disappeared. Well I got news i didnt I have been hitting it hard the past two months and havent stopped. In 2 months I have gained 20 lbs, 2.5 a week. 0 carbs 4500 cals and still increasing 68 percent fat 32 percent protein. I have gained limited bf. I carb up every sat clean. On carb ups i eat every few hrs till muscles are hard and i start to get bloated. I lift m thru fri 5 day split. I hit weakest muscle twice a week. I do weighted abs 3 days a week. 2 days a week i do 25 min of liss cardio for 25 min. It was useless for me to type on a weekly basis. Ill answer any questions you have. Dont let bro science tell you you cant bulk on keto you can and look at my body space pics the proof is there. Supplements taking fish oil multi before workout i take muscle marinade with daa mixed in it. Lots of steak cheeseburgers and about 25 whole eggs a day. I am going to keep bulking. Like I said I am here to answer all questions. Ill share tips and tricks again YOU CAN BULK ON KETO!!!!!! Also my caliper read 8 percent that might be wrong i did it 4 different times

I'm not jumping to conclusions. For a natural lifter, gaining 12 lbs of muscle in a year is considered great progress based on how quickly the body can synthesize muscle tissue; 2.5 lbs per week for a natural lifter would (at best) net 0.5 lb of muscle tissue and 2 lbs of adipose tissue, and since you've apparently gone from 159 lbs @ 7% body fat to 179 lbs @ 8% body fat in only two months, the only explanation one could draw is that you're either lying, grossly miscalculating your stats, or are unnatural. I was under the assumption that the information you provided was true, as such I'm inclined to believe that you're unnatural.

Well the bodyfat was probably miscalculated. I did the caliper. I cant find hydrostatic around here. I did put 2.5 lbs a week on up till now natural. The only supps were d aspratic acid and muscle marinade and multi vitamin. I wont deny and i even put in this thread before this bulk experience i did do a pro hormone but i was already through pct when i started this. Anyways eating 4500 to 5000 cals a day every day for the past 2 months of steak and eggs u r going to put weight on. Im just showing my progress i made on a keto bulk. If you wanna assume im unnatural hey dude fo right ahead.
