Bodybuilding.com mono creatine, Optimum Nutrition, Universal or which one to buy?

if you're going with a mono, pick the one that has creapure, or is the best value. if you're just looking for a creatine, and open for product suggestions, ErgoPump contains a full dose of creatine in 2 different types, and is a kick-ass pre with lots of good feedback

Can't go wrong with any of those brands, I know ON and Universal are both creapure, not sure on bb.com series.

creapure, as far i know, is considered the "purest" form of creatine mono, its a trademarked ingredient so quality is guaranteed

I use Allmax. Extremely affordable at ~$20 per kilogram

If you're open to other brands i would just use ALLmax

Otherwise on that list i would go with bodybuilding.com brand


If you would like an HCl i would checkout CreaCore, The flavor alone is worth the purchase :P

I typically recommend either Allmax Creapure, or BB.com Micronized Creatine, both are very, very affordable.

Just go with creIGNITE which has a blend of everything you need including oratic acid. Also hands down the best flavored creatine in the house
