It's recognized that the main products for Pumps contain Arginine and other amino acids. But lately I've been looking at posts of people mentioning that they got faster and greater Pump results with Creatine Nitrate.
Hopefully someone who has tried both would notice this thread and give his experience.

as suggested, nitrates beat out arginine. Wasn't arginine proven to not help with n.o levels?

They will yield the same results in terms of nitrate based results. However it takes roughly 2x as much creatine nitrate to reach the same level of nitrates when compared to potassium nitrate. 2g of creatine nitrate yields roughly 600mg of nitrate, while 1g of potassium nitrate will yield the same amount.

Same could be said for arginine. Only difference is some studies back the effect up, and exponentially more people agree that arginine increases pumps, over years of use. This is as opposed to agmatine, which has no studies on performance or pumps in trained/training humans, and it was out for years with ****ty reviews. Man blueprint bombed.
