it is, mostly because its both wrists. I had a similar incident earlier this year, during a snowboarding session, crashing several times down a slope -- very similar type of feeling, knuckling up against hard snow and the impact from it, the only difference is recovery was faster because of the cool climate and the snow limiting the inflammation. -around that time I was on my non-gym slacking time of peace, before that I was quite active though, by the time I started in march again non-stop, this is the only injury to date and I was 100% fine.
Good to hear brah, prevent that if you can at all, the worst feeling is knowing youll be limited on the bench for a while though, thats my thing and one of the things I was aiming for. knock on wood bro
Doing pretty good as far as physically the gang-cyst, less of an eye-sore nom'sayin? especially right wrist, starting to be visibly smaller, returning to a normal state. still pains when I twist counter clockwise, joint is stiff so thats why.
not a good feeling since its totally at the mercy of your care.. takes its time broGabber Crew since 2005

For sure man, absolutely fit it into my plans, watched the pre-judging too albeit shoddy and subpar stream quality but did get to watch it live. got around the chicks and right before the 212. I did not expect our boy branch to get it but still stoked Phil "the Gift" Heath repeated.. Kai Greene is not as conditioned but damn he impressed me a lot this year, so maybe next year hell give him a run for his money.
P.S. not too happy the Men's physique wasnt broadcasted, its going to take over and get the bump next year
Yes man, happy to report the cyst on the right wrist has returned to virtually normal size where the left wrist is smaller and doing very well. Most of the pain's gone so I'd be willing to put a 77% recovery number on it.
Log #17 - Still taking 1 caplet/1 scoop since wrist injury. No huge change in diet, there's the occasional day I dont take a proton-shake but still use fruits+oat , saving the protein for actual workouts instead of off-days since it's been too many now due to this recover.
M THD - strong libido now, nice recovery feel suave . checked my weight now added 5 lbs (end of day weight) 171 from 166 last week. Feels damn good to be putting on weight, been eating my milk and cookies nom'sayin? persistent bulk mode. I peaked at 176 once about 2 months ago and changed my diet cut lots of fatty meals and lost it, so happy to have regained that weight back now im on the road to 180... now it's about getting that form back.
**Wrist Update**
looking much, much better guise. I should be looking for a 2-day ETA til I can start lifting again, not ready to touch down yet guys damn feeling wont go away (esp left wrist). range of motion is much improved and swelling is pretty much gone, pain ratio is 2/1 from left/right but very stoked that I can handle groceries and drive with less pain etc.. can't wait for the day i feel well enough to crush it man . my motivation is gonna be sky high.Last edited by lowroller21212; 09-29-2013 at 08:37 PM.

Log 18/Day22
-2 caplets MT THD
-1 scoop creacore (night)
MT THD - Strong libido, muscles are all hard despite inactivity due to injury sidelining me (no cardio=increased mass).
**Wrist update** havent completely healed and bought more pain-lotion so is helping me tons. I did some grips for about 3 mins and it didnt feel bad at all. If i werent bloated yesterday I would have put some work in to get a feel for how im doing and see what i can do, for how long etc. with that said here's to getting back on track

Log 19/Day21
M THD - dont feel as agressive yet to report, but libido is hitting extremes almost. Not sure whether this is related to the rest I am getting from Test HD, but eyes are definitely clean, not groggy/veiny and looking very good. Not sure if related.
1 scoop Creacore
2 caplets M THD
Diet: Just eating lots of protein+oats and 2 scoops of ice cream with it.. Instead of using water I'm using coconut water/milk which yields better mixability and calories. Staying at 166 morning weight. About 3 big - medium sized meals a day.
**Wrist Update** - Went to the training room to test the range of motion; is closer to normal minus some lingering swelling on left and rt. i used to flinch a lot when i did curls, and the entire thing felt weird to me (mostly left), its less painful but more importantly i can control the weights much better. For example, inner bicep curls and front raises that require shoulder/elbow/wrist coordination. I even did some light chest flyes a couple of sets.
I'll be bringing the heat slowly because this is the most normal ive felt in a while-a few more days i should be able to put on more work though. not taking any ibuprofen or anything
I cant flex biceps and get left fist to face me, like it should without significant pain-- but i can do it with right wrist.Gabber Crew since 2005

Feel better everyday... jimmies have been rustled for so long, like every day and ever few minutes on the back of my mind "oh I cant handle this, this way, I have to hold it this way" and change how i do things daily.
Log 20/Day22 - Didnt do any lifting today recovery has been coming along so well I just took it off, but at the same time, Im gonna move this one and add it to the next workout ... if I can do 1 hour I ll consider it a clear victory and a great sign for sure...
M THD - Incredibly impressed by muscle hardness with this stack - despite inactive... truly amazing and I wish I had been 100 % healthy to show for it, but... it is what it is.Gabber Crew since 2005

you slimming down bud? well, cant seem to find the right combination of eating a lot and then also avoiding bloat/being filled where it affects my gym schedule also- feel pigged out for like 6 hrs then eat again, feel the same again for another 6 hrs (14 hrs awake on average). adds up to basically not 'real weight gain' and lots of gut gains.. bad feel to have m8
my goal is mid 170s.. cant even get to 170 maybe the odd day. Im 166-167Gabber Crew since 2005

Updates
Log 21/Day24 - Pretty stoked, it wasnt perfect but at least I can put on real time and finally work my way up again... it felt great just to be back and it carried me through even some lingering swelling.
2 caplets M THD
1 scoop creacore/1 scoop Scivation Xtend cocktail -orange
It was a good 1 1/2 hr session. I didnt count my reps did it by instinct. First of all I felt great in that I could fully extend my elbow and followthru without pain, didnt modify my range of motion like when it was a week ago. wrist joint wasnt as tense-started like that and got looser. I busted some very light kickbacks...tricep exercises require more wrist-bending so I forwent it for now. lots of hypertrophy at average speed upper arms, chest. --will do some incline bench press in a bit thoughGabber Crew since 2005
