For sure man that's definitely what we're after. what day are you on right now?
Log #5.
Morning:
2 packs of AnimalPak,
1 caplet MT T-HD,
And strawberry oats (2 cups). Felt slightly more energetic than usual and cant determine if it was T-HD having a jovial type effect on me or more animalpak but I felt this way after taking AP so Ill assume it's AP. Then had a better than my usual for deep sleep (rating 9.6/10).
Afternoon:
1 caplet MT T-HD
1 scoop MT Creacore used ~7 oz and I think its the right amount of ratio to use with this one
I have not been taking Cell-Tech for the last 3 days but I weighed at 167, we'll see if the weight continues to trend upward, esp by mid-week #2 with T-HD. Didn't get a session in but will do iso tomorrow and work my way up. Bc I wont be using a pw for my first time in abt 3 months I'm going to weigh heavily on and speculate this early about performance comin from the stackLast edited by lowroller21212; 09-13-2013 at 09:37 AM.

Long time no see bud, lol whats up brah. yep definitely looking forward to sum progress you know it, and thanks!
Eyes dont lie it was pretty good with that black pepper and 4 lemon halves. Im having some mixed days where Ill have a prote-oats shake with the caplet ofc and then follow it up with a carl's Jr from their promos or itll be something very healthy Im venturing more and more into the healthy eating habits now. That said also trying to meet my caloric surplus so Im gonna wing it as much as I can.
#Log 6 I drove up to place "b" which is in the high desert for friday to get some errands done (backyard work) and slept overnight got some swimming done. Ate some mex food up there and a slice of mushroom pizza locally. Im sure its pretty related by this point, another very good night's sleep despite the tiresome and hot day. I tend to fuark my schedules a lot and will go 4 days or a couple of weeks to reset and have good night's restful sleep, despite this Im seeing days in a row of above average sleep.
Morning
1 MT T-HD caplet
1 scoop creacore
Mex food and a gatorade.
Afternoon
1 MT T-HD caplet
Slice of pizza and swam in the evening and 2 gatorades (temp was in the mid-high 90s).
Its gonna be a pretty busy Saturday on tap also, gonna watch the big fight and had some family function so I'm gonna push and re-schedule my session for sometime around 2am (Sun). And instead of just doing iso work Im gonna just jump right into it.Gabber Crew since 2005

Glad to hear guys, yeah I had a bit of an accident where I was trying to lift more than I could when I was putting up one of of the panels of this toolshed at an angle and extended my wrist at an angle where I had to secure an angle and move underneath it. Probably putting me out of commission for at least a couple of days. Setback for sure. Updates from the last 3 days!
Log #7 -Was gonna do a morning lift but i was on a heavy stomach that night (saturday) so I skipped it.
Diet Had a very liberal diet for that day so I can only blame myself for lack of metabolism- trying to keep calories up.
Log #8 - 2 packs AnimalPak & 1 scoop creacore 2 caplets one afternoon one late evening.
DietRice and 3 eggs in the afternoon, and in n out burger and some fries at night. proton shake 1 1/2 ~ scoops -trying to keep calories up.
Log #9 - 2 packs AnimalPak, 1 caplet. Had a prote shake, burger , in the morning . 1 caplet 30 mins before workout, and 1-1 scoop of creacore-celltech orange cocktail (it was good if not sweet, but I knew coming it I'd add 2 oz to creacore orange).
Unfortunately I did attempt 175 lb bench out the gate in the wee hours IDF'd; no warm up or anything to say the least, I just started benching a couple months back and now straining my left wrist (more than right wrist) after taking almost a week off. I lifted through mild pain and soreness rattled me a bit at the time I kept it going though and dropped the barbell back. I reverted to dbs to get something out of it
- scoops n/a | Tot 30mins~
Overhead Tri’s 25x25*

SS Superset
The more I started feeling wrist pain, the less I did, for instance tricep extensions were possible only for 1 set. Had I kept it going I would have just kept going but I had to cut it short. And a very dissapointing effort to be sure but I did what I could given the circumstances Im just gonna say it was 30 mins but Im not sure it was even that.
Probably will set me back 1-2 days at least; when I woke up I obviously had more soreness left wrist and I couldnt really move it, as most of the weight was there, but I had to control with the right wrist as well. Luckily I can type the logs out so that wont be a problem, by this time it's been abt 23 hrs since so Im recovering at a decent pace. And I'll see from there work my way up, and more conscious warming up next time-- getting back into the swing of things not going to rush to get back hopefully T-HD can help me recover as well so Ill be posting observations on that.Last edited by lowroller21212; 09-18-2013 at 04:42 AM.

You know what Ive been looking into it and have been leaning for a lighter one without the long strap but hey if it helps Im gonna get one soon bro thanks for the suggestion brah.
Thanks for the kind words for sure. I was working through pain although not much throwing caution to the wind but definitely, gonna have to stop putting off a pair of gloves and really baby them to heal as quickly as possible. last update as of abt 36 hrs since, dont have as much pain on forearms just concentrated on the extreme end of the wrist joint, still pretty stiff and I get pain on it when I turn it, to put it in perspective, I can flex like a cobra with a bit of soreness but I cant turn without significant pain, but I'd gonna monitor this especially left wrist . In the meantime, advils and rubbing blue-goo which is a pain relief cream. I hope the recovery doesnt eat up too much time, but again gonna really baby them though, never have had this much wrist pain or probs, im just gonna guess sprained wrist left and light sprain right, based on 3x sprained left ankles during my youth. I can apply some pressure but again not where you'd like to be if you lift anything, really sucks and putting a wet cloth on this situation. Again thanks for the kind words and Ill keep updating yall .Gabber Crew since 2005

Good to have you here fury good workouts will happen no doubt.
Hope so too dude, the thing about it is both are pretty banged up, specially the left wrist and feels bad to have to sacrifice here and there but that's the thrill of the chase, recovering or maybe some history with a joint and what not.
Waiting for it to click where I have tolerable pain and can knock an hour at least, or Im gonna have to just do what I can, but Im thinking a couple days, Im gonna give it a go, this is totally new for me never having tweaked wrists, and good to hear you've been spared , just more time im out of action. Soon.jpeg
Exactly the one I am looking for, next session won't happen without it man. Looks solid, thing's so indispensable cant believe I didn't do this sooner.Gabber Crew since 2005

Thanks for the well wishes everyone! Appreciate it. sorry for the lack of updates guys, trying to get back out there and after a busy weekend.
Log #10 - Trying times but recovering. Wasnt the best recovery cant put my body weight i.e. - getting up in the morning and turning so Im using forearms instead etc.
M THD - here's one thing I'm noticing, muscles esp legs still pretty solid given Im not really lifting, which is a bonus any way you look at it.
1 scoop Creacore
2 M THD morning/afternoon
Log #11 - Seeing very good results as far as strong muscles, although Im losing quite a bit of my old muscle mass what is there isnt too shabby. It feels bad having to look at the biceps in the mirror and starting to notice less muscle, but its still a hard muscle so I cant complain it means THD is working for sure.
1 scoop Creacore (with 2nd caplet)
2 M THD morning/lunch time
Log #12 - **Wrist update** Morning woke up less pain. Been doing lots of bluegoo+ice compression therapy and its working pretty well. The best news I can report so far, its less pain but things like washing my hands while not as painful as they were, still not great - turning it the whole way is a pain in the ass, but I can angle forward. Again just focusing on training my brain to see past the nerve pain which is the other half of it. I could probably* (with an asterisk) try a basic freeweight session even at 50% recovered just to stay in shape depending on how well I can turn in a couple of days, this in itself is pretty optimistic but I'm down for it if the pain is tolerable enough and Ill be using lifting gloves with the support also.
M THD - Pretty good rise in libido, well lit, even starting to feel better and more upbeat. Hand veins sprung.
1 scoop creacore (with 2nd caplet)
2 M THD late morning/lunchGabber Crew since 2005

thanks for checking brahs
Log #13 - Had a subway footlong tuna.
M THD - Sleep is amazing, getting vivid dream time with it. Additionally I would say this is the libido "game changing" enhancing phase for Test-HD where it increases to a noticeable margin where you weren't before at a steady rate and then it will hit the peak down the line, a week from now these gains are gonna be insane lol. Specially since creacore-fenugreek also helps .
1 scoop creacore
2 M THD early morning/lunch
**Wrist Update** No doubt swelling has subsided on both wrists,, but generally right now most of the pain comes at the ganglion cyst (bumpy wrist joint bone), when I bend to the left / right (like hand mimicking a snake's head mvmt.)
not my wrist
It is similar to the type of pain you get off close-grip bar press. Been massaging it a lot just today, slightly less pain also; still doesn't feel natural when I stress out the gcyst joints on both wrists, but reading info about it seems to be just the swelling goin on. They recommended wearing a splint on fingers or wrist to limit inflammation but I haven't been wearing any just doing the cold therapy, some people reported swelling coming back though.Gabber Crew since 2005
