You got this! Lots of water and rest.
Ditto on the cold pizza.
Man, on another note, I wonder what kind of exercise would prevent upper back rounding during 85-90%+ of 1RM on Deadlift.
I'm doing Wendler 5/3/1 so the assistance work is actually very minimal, and would like to know what I can incorporate in order to fix that.Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)

Some good stuff in here.. bored between school work so thought I would post up in here. Seems like a lot of knowledge. Wanted to get a critique if I could...
Lifting for around 15 months now (never touched a weight before then).. Started at 175lbs, bulked to 225 and cut to 209. Now been back on a bulk for 10 weeks and up to 230. Anything you guys see I should work on? I know chest needs a lot of work but it has come a loooonnggg way! On 5,200 cals right now just blowing up. 5 more weeks then I shal get diced!
Thanks guys... Plan on checking in daily and getting in on this thread
These are from before I started bulking (7/8/13). 209lbs here..
And now 230lbs, managed to stay pretty lean... These are from a couple weeks ago at 228.5.
Will have more pics at the end of my bulk as I start my journey to 6%. In hibernation mode right now. Hoodies all day everyday! haha
5 more weeks of stuffing 5.2k cals down my throat..BTK. A different breed entirely.

IMHO it is simply a necessary step.
You can either:
A) Cut now so you have a lean starting point for bulking. Here you will lack size for a while. Kind of like taking 2 steps back..
or
B) Go ahead bulk up. Throw on some size, but be a little higher bf.
I would go with B every single time if you consider yourself "skinny fat". Ya you will be higher bf to start but you will then have a nice base to cut from.
Throw on a hoodie, eat some food and grow!!! No matter what though do not lose sight of what you want to accomplish long term.
Just my .02BTK. A different breed entirely.

Definitely doing point B.
It sucks because all my friends are pretty sculpted up (very serious... I'm the last guy to join their lifting crew). I'll be in parties and keep extra layers of clothing while they be douchebags showing off their physique shirtless, and grabbing all women's attention while I'll just get drunk by myself in a corner.
Fuarking sucks being beta and an insecure kunt.Retired 74kg PL Open Division (3 meets)

Remember man, the only person who can make you feel insecure is you.
Life should not be about comparing yourself to others, but comparing yourself to the previous version of you. If you wake up today and do something to make a change for the better, than you should be confident as hell knowing that you've taken a step towards self-improvement.
Be confident in who you are, not how people view you.USMC (2009-2013)

Thanks dude! It is growing, just not as fast as my arms, shoulders and back which just blow up ridiculously fast.
Chest day is usually:
Incline DB press 4x 8-12
Incline Smith 4x 8-12
Incline Flies 4x 8-12
Decline BB Press 4x 8-12
I would do dips but for some reason it is the only exercise that really kills my shoulder/pec. Not sure why..
Regardless chest is growing and should look a lot better once I cut.. We will see. I think it is just something that will take some time to bring up to match my back/shoulders.BTK. A different breed entirely.

Lol, I was actually gonna say to you try doing weighted dips, they seem to be good for developing that "slab" look with the pecs, they kill my shoulders to so I need to improvise and do them on the bars on the treadmills (srs) the grip difference really helps. My shoulders lack the most, but they have been coming along nicely since I started PHAT.
Will attempt quad pic later, mirin leg pubes.Eat the damn yolk.
