So just over 2 months ago I asked for some advice on this forum regarding nutrition and stuff which resulted in this thread forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=155192263
Well, guess what Mr. WonderPug - I did not need medical advice. I just had to get used to consuming more food.
I've skipped breakfast for years and years and could never eat anything in the morning without feeling sick but by forcing myself to eat in the morning (very small meals at first) I am easily able to down breakfast now. The protein shake that I used to hate and which caused the sickening feeling - goes down easily as well, doesn't even taste that disgusting anymore. I easily exceed my target calorie intake and so far I'm seeing great results not just in the gym but in the mirror too. Went from being 126lb to 140lb, targeting 155lb by next summer.

You clearly had an issue with food. Some people are unable to work on that on their own. Luckily for you, you could.

It's also important to remember that an eating disorder isn't necessarily anorexia, bulimia, etc.; it is just disordered eating.

1. There aren't a whole lot of knowledgeable posters
2. Many just spout what others tell them (ie It doesn't matter what you eat just hit macros, read the stickies, etc)
3. Everyone has their biases
Personally half the time I think the forum was better when people were so further on the bro side rather than people solely focused on macros and nothing else and not educating themselves on actual nutrition (hence the forum name, its not called the macro forum)
Pug is one of the few knowledgeable, but obviously has his biases (like I said everyone does).
If you dont like what he says, educate yourself and try to determine if:
A) He is actually wrong (or at least you think there is reason to believe he is)
or
B)if he is right and you should follow what he saysFounder of MMDELAD
