Jay is a shell of himself he hasn't been training seriously until this prep and its going to show big time. If you listen to recent interviews he doesn't even want to do this show, he seems to be doing it purely to rhelp promote his new supp line.

UUmmmm, what interview are you talking about. I have seen a lot of coverage so far and he has said nothing like that and lots of things about shocking everyone.

agree..i just dont see the hype. most guys that get hyped have something about them that really says WOW..but with this guy you have what? his legs? and even they arent over the top to me..eh,..im happy for the guy,but all this RAMY stuff has gotten old this year.

He gets a lot of hype, but a lot of it is justified. You just don't see a basically unknown guy come out of freaking nowhere and just step into the top of the Pro ranks like that. Top 6 is extremely likely for him.

His muscle bellies/insertions are terrific. His lats insert really low, I think he can build that back to a super freaky level like Ronnie, but with a smaller waist...HNNNNGGG when it happens.

I bet somoene with high lats like Dennis Wolf would kill for Ramy's lat insertions.

He has a very good shot at beating jay, this is not 100% jay like from 09, this is a jay that is probably going to be 80% of what he looked like in 09.
