Hi guys. Just bought MP's BCAA supplements (the capsules). The store near us does not have any BCAA supplement in powder form.
I have read several posts and articles regarding BCAA supplements saying that the best time to take these are pre-workout and post-workout.
My first question is, since according to container of MP's BCAA, its serving size is 8 capsules, does that mean that I should take 8 capsules pre-work out and another 8 capsules post-work out?
My second question is, should I also take BCAA supplements during non-training days? If so, when would be the best time(s) to take these capsules.
