Hi guys. Just bought MP's BCAA supplements (the capsules). The store near us does not have any BCAA supplement in powder form.
I have read several posts and articles regarding BCAA supplements saying that the best time to take these are pre-workout and post-workout.
My first question is, since according to container of MP's BCAA, its serving size is 8 capsules, does that mean that I should take 8 capsules pre-work out and another 8 capsules post-work out?
My second question is, should I also take BCAA supplements during non-training days? If so, when would be the best time(s) to take these capsules.
Thank you for taking some time to read my queries.Hi guys. Just bought MP's BCAA supplements (the capsules). The store near us does not have any BCAA supplement in powder form.
