Hey guys, all you first timers or people that remember their first time stepping on stage, i was wondering what your measurements are or were?? some people say there are no recommended measurements so thought i'd ask, hoping to enter a comp next year!

That is really not a question that can be answered...the measurements of a 143lb bantamweight and a 248lb super heavyweight are going to be very different even though both bring a great deal of muscle to the stage.

Measurements during prep will just depress you as body fat in teh off season highly inflates them. Just get shredded, body fat very low creates the illusion along with posing. Personally I have never measured anything at show time.Originally Posted by Hayden1470
