Received my tub of L-Theanine from Liftmode about a week ago and am pretty pleased with the results. I get it to help with anxiety, but didn't want something that would make me feel tired. I'd say it's helped some with anxiety, although not as noticeably as Phenibut from Liftmode. I've been a little more tired, but taking caffeine helps with this and actually works well in combination with the L-Theanine (it takes the edge off of the caffeine jitters).

Overall, I'm fairly pleased, but may still investigate further products to see if I can find something better.
