You can do some reading on full ROM (A2G) squats - they'll definitely hit your glutes. It's a hit to the ego to go from parallel squats to A2G as you end up dropping the weight significantly, but its a harder exercise. If you are just starting, I would work on A2G squats from the beginning and build up there. Admittedly, I do a mix of both depending on how I'm feeling that day.
Form looks decent, but a profile shot would be better. I would work on going a bit lower - hit parallel at least - and also make sure you try and drive through your heels on the way back up (weight should be on your heels not your toes). Keeping your head up will help with this - as it looks like during your transitions you are switching the majority of the weight to your toes. My $0.02.
