    Gay!

    Freaking happened with some stupid weak branches and unstable rocks I had to walk on while fishing.Rolled my ankle really bad today and it wasn't even when exercising . Haven't had a sprained ankle in over 2 years and this ones gonna be worse than any of those. Probably gonna be a good 3weeks-month before I can do leg exercises again. So pretty much bye bye weight gains :/. On top of all luck, our power was out when I got home so I couldn't Ice it. Now its 5:30 A.M and I've been up since 4 and can't sleep :/. P.O.S hurt like a bitch and I didn't stop cold on it. It's always 1000x worse the days after it happens. Hopefully I don't literally have to use crutches to get around.

    There is a guy who comes into our gym with a broken leg most days and still does all his upper body.

    Thanks guys and luckily I just barely woke up and it doesn't feel nearly as bad as I thought it would. Hopefully I can still do weighted dips and chin ups lol. Not sure if i'll be able to have my feet hold the dumbbell anymore.

    If that happened to me I'd probably take a break from squats and deads and use machines instead to try to preserve the muscle.

    Your squat and dead numbers will probably go down, but they will come back quickly once you are over the injury

    heat and mobility...constant icing will make your injury worse, and take longer to heal.

    check youtube for mobility exercises for sprained ankles.
