Damaging his car is too over the top, I would just try to get him in your spot and have him towed.

Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. You people know nothing about revenge..It's NEVER the harsh response that does the damage.
When someone road rages at you in traffic laugh and wave at them...they will go ballistic
When someone hates your guts be nice to them and watch your kindness eat them
When someone does something like this you leave a nice note and explain the situation and their guilt will crush them
Making someone feel like garbage about themselves is twice as brutal as a dose of anger that they can feed off of...Never pay a negative with a negative. Always repay it with kindness so when they look in the mirror they know their character is flawed. They will know that whoever the nameless person is that they offended is a better person than they will ever be.But if you listen real close, you can hear them whisper their legacy to you. Go on, lean in. Listen, you hear it? - - Carpe - - hear it? - - Carpe, carpe Landīca, seize IT boys, make your lives extraordinary.

Pour flour on his windshield with a little bit of water
Bologna on his car
Potato in exhaust pipe
Leave beastiality pron all over it
Check if he leaves it locked or unlocked at night, break in and do your worst
Put bricks behind his tires every day
Let out some air so he gets raped by MPGs

Smear feces on his windshield, let it stay overnight, continue this every thursday night

Thing is, I already left a note on the car this morning that said, "Thanks so much for having my car towed. The only reason I parked in your spot is because when I got home last night, you were in mine." (sorry, didn't think to take a pic for the misc).
But I've been pissed off all day and that doesn't seem good enough.
Not only did I have to shell out the money, but I walked over a mile to get the car and was late to class because of this dik."Lift heavy ass $hit until you die because nothing is worse than being weak." ~ Hamburger Train.
