My apartment building has a lot where you pay monthly for an assigned parking spot. I came home last night and found that the guy who is supposed to park next to me had parked in my spot (I'm guessing by accident). Instead of having his car towed, I just parked in his spot and assumed no harm would come of it.

I walked out to the car this morning only to find my car gone and that son of a bitch parked in his own spot. The piece of shiet had my car towed (cost me $160).

Thinking about ways to get revenge. Should I let the air out of his tires? Slash them? Key the car?

I am guessing what happened is he went home and saw some person parked in his spot and decided to park in your spot. Then after the other person left his spot you took it. It's entirely possible he called the tow company before you even got there and got dat dere tow meant for the other person.

Thing is, I already left a note on the car this morning that said, "Thanks so much for having my car towed. The only reason I parked in your spot is because when I got home last night, you were in mine." (sorry, didn't think to take a pic for the misc).

But I've been pissed off all day and that doesn't seem good enough.
