My apartment building has a lot where you pay monthly for an assigned parking spot. I came home last night and found that the guy who is supposed to park next to me had parked in my spot (I'm guessing by accident). Instead of having his car towed, I just parked in his spot and assumed no harm would come of it.

I walked out to the car this morning only to find my car gone and that son of a bitch parked in his own spot. The piece of shiet had my car towed (cost me $160).

Thinking about ways to get revenge. Should I let the air out of his tires? Slash them? Key the car?

What a huge fking dbag. Wouldn't do any physical damage to his car, since your parking spot is still right next to his.
Get your car park, get a new parking space, possibly in another lot if the inconvenience isn't too much.
Wait a while, then go to town.



Also, it might be possible that some other guy had parked in his spot, so he parked in yours and called security on him but he left before you got there. You showed up just before the towing guy arrived and they got you instead.

Honestly, all I really want is to confront him face to face and make him feel like ****. But I don't think the management will give me information about who parks in what spot, for safety reasons. And I guess that's good because this morning I was ready to kick the *******'s teeth in.

i would find a friend with a beater and tell said friend to park close to him and then pull out sh!ttily and rake the side of his car with their bumper (assuming it's an old truck with metal bumper)

Nah I already spoke to management and told them what happened. They have a contract with a towing company, so he wouldn't have gone through them, but straight to the company. Management can't/won't help me.
