For the last 2 weeks I've been eating buckwheat. My blood sugar levels and blood pressure are at perfect levels. I feel so full of energy even on a 1000 cal deficit. The scales are not showing much of a weight loss at the moment but my strength and stamina are high.
Oats generally put me to sleep, don't know why but it could be something to do with being pre diabetic.
Has anyone else tried buckwheat? What are your opinions?
