I bust out the cardio portion just because I like them and they do a good job of conditioning. I do need to shut the volume off because Tony Horton annoys the ever living sh!t out of me and if I ever saw him in real life I would be tempted to neg him with a fist to the face lol.
In all reality though he would probably kick my ass
Good luck Sonti! I bet you kill the fitness testIf this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.
I like eating, it helps with the not dying.

I'm a little cocky and overly confident, but when I come through the front door of the gym, I check my ego
I've been single since last May
I have 14 tattoos
I never quit. I go through it. Ran a half marathon untrained due to already paying for it but never trained. Still did it. In 2:39. Pushed myself. Ended up breaking my foot at the end but got through.
I'll be going to school for welding and personal training on the side
I value my alone time more then anything, my gym time is like my prayer time"Train beyond the pain and death is your only release"-Steve Michalik-Mr. America"

My Mum has Multiple Sclerosis and her becoming increasingly more disabled seems to motivate me further to become stronger in the gym.
However it makes me feel guilty for being fit and healthy when she's involuntarily the opposite.
For a non serious confession: I'm allergic to peach skin. Not peaches. Just the skin. (full srs, pointless allergy)

I love this thread! Im not the only crazy, apparently! :P
Here goes:
-I cant eat anything if I havent counted the calories in it first.
-I blow off friends and family and schoolwork to workout
-Skipping meals makes me really happy
-I still dont have my drivers license
-I dont really enjoy sex. Making out and cuddling are great but sex sucks
-If I dont get a long run in, Im moody and mean all day
-I feel super uncomfortable when people watch me workout! Especially when guys watch me lift..are they laughing because theyre impressed or is my form horrible??
-I have never been in a relationship
-I have to triple check that Ive unplugged my hair straightener because I FREAK OUT that I will burn the house down
-I compulsively watch tv and read buzzfeed to procrastinate my life. its not healthy

There are little things that my husband does that just instantly enrage me. For example, he will leave dishes on the counter, but is too lazy to put them into the dishwasher, as if filling the dishwasher is too difficult. To get back at him, one time I took a bag of his chips and dumped them into a ziplock bag and hid them. Then left the empty bag on the shelf.
muahaha.

How bad is it that I lost a necklace during our last move that my hubby gave me, so while he has been gone, I ordered a new one before he notices it missing??

No one is going to care more about your progress than you. Everyone else is too busy chasing their own. You either do what you need to do to progress, or you remain where you are. The choice is yours.

- I'm obsessed with red velvet everything
- Ranch dressing is my other obsession (haven't had it in months though)
- I get self conscious at the gym in the free weights because I feel like all of the meatheads stare at me, but I shrug it off.
- I love dressing up and doing my makeup but somehow I always end up in sweatpants and or gym clothes haha
- I can go through a whole pack of gum a day on prep...
- I'm obsessed with Dunkin Donuts coffeeLast edited by MarinaKos; 02-06-2014 at 06:38 AM.
