    Other options for protein powder?

Anybody have other options for protein powder. The best one I could find was tuna. After eating tuna, I felt fully recovered the next day, but unfortunately tuna is to high in mercury. My parents will not allow me to take supplements. I need other options for protein powder. Can you please help me out? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjj6-vV5n_w

Tuna is not protein powder. It is protein. Protein powder is a supplement which is derivative to real protein, and is used to complement real protein. If your parents don't let you take protein powder, they are completely misinformed what it is. You need protein every day and it is something your body needs.

To find what foods have protein in them is probably one of the easiest things a human being of any age or intelligence level can do. All you need is Google.

    Chicken
    Steak
    Fish
    All other meat
    Eggs
    Milk
    Cheese
    Almonds
    Other nuts
    Veggies

Eggs!! Pasteurized egg whites are a great way to go... or you could just blend up regular egg whites if you wanted!
