It’s time to get insane in the muscle membrane.
Scivation is proud to release its latest offering, a certifiable pre-workout Hurricane Godzilla formula we simply call Psycho. With a three-step process that primes your muscles and focuses your mind, Psycho makes every workout a special occasion.
Over the last few years, the pre-workout supplement market has become a stimulant race with manufacturers jamming more and more caffeine/guarana/yerba mate into a single dose. We love caffeine (who doesn’t?) but too much of a good thing can be hard to tolerate. That’s why we decided to take the path less travelled.
Psycho takes a holistic approach to generating and sustaining intensity. Mentally, muscularly, and neurologically, it helps you make the change from mild-mannered professional to Viking Rage Monster. We won’t say that Psycho will make you anti-social, but we think you’ll be doing a lot more lifting and a lot less talking in the gym from now on.
We want to know what gets you amped and turns you into a PSYCHO for the gym. Is it a quote you read, a picture you look at, a movie you watch or a song you listen to that brings you into your own world and has you ready to destroy the iron? Post it here and get a chance to win our revolutionary pre workout that so many are raving about!!!
THE RULES:
1. One post per day per user. You can submit multiple applications, just one application per day.
2. Posts can be any media format such as pictures, movies, songs, quotes etc.
3. Must be willing to provide a detailed review if chosen. For those willing to log the product, a small tub of our new flavored Xtend may come with it

1rd!
What motivates me to get in the gym every day and push my max is the feeling of wanting to do better than yesterday. I strive to push myself into the future while bettering myself because after i hit the weights, that motivation carries out of the gym into the world with me. There is no other feeling like it on this earth and no substitute. Once i started lifting, my life started changing for the better so as long as im alive and kicking, getting into the gym to lift some iron and better myself is reason alone to turn me into a psycho in the gym!Last edited by ausamo2000; 09-04-2013 at 07:04 PM.

What used to get me going is thinking about how I used to be a fat, lazy, unmotivated piece of garbage. Thinking about where I am now and where I was then pumps me up to keep pushing myself to be better every day. Now a big part of what pushes me to go the extra step with my training is my daughter. Just thinking about all the horny 16 year old dudes who are going to want to do the things I did at 16 makes me wanna get huge and intimidating. The look on their face when her jacked dad opens the door and threatens em is going to make it all pay off!

The gym is a place where I can release all my frustrations and failures in a way that will help me. BY LIFTING SOME HEAVY A$$ WEIGHT
The Iron is the best antidepressant I have ever found. There is no better way to fight weakness than with strength. Once the mind and body have been awakened to their true potential, it’s impossible to turn back. The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you’re a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. It never freaks out on me, never runs. Friends may come and go. But two hundred pounds is always two hundred pounds.
The weight gets heavier, the sky grows darker, the night longer. But I won't back down. Stood here a thousand times before, stared in my eyes a million more, wore this groove into the floor. No, I won't back down. Doubt and pain, I call my friend, here, from the beginning, with me to the end. They know I won't back down. In the shadows, I've found light. In the darkness I have sight. I won't back down. A warrior's creed that I cry, a solemn oath to live by, from this moment till I die... Never back down.
I've been working out for 4 years and after countless trials and errors with different routines and exercises I have begun making decent progress and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
This is where i started
And heres where i am today

I have found music to be the best thing to pump me up before and during a workout...I actuctally throw in my headphones right when I drink my pre-workout and keep them in until I am walking out of the gym. The gym is my form of therapy and a way to release all of the frustrations and stress from throughout the day. I am able to clear my mind and just go crazy! I love it
This is my all time favorite song to listen to right before I am going to try and break a PR:
This is a close second:
Also recently started to watch CT Fletcher...this guy is crazy lol

My motivation consists of H.H.S.D
-Humble
-Hard work
-Struggle
-Determination
My personal gym is my sanctuary and at a mental level relieves stress, burns fat, exercises my determination by using brute muscle force. Once I start a process my full intention is to complete it and reach that potential that day, that battle, that opportunity. Ive had small medium-long range stints in the past that I unfortunately never strung together fully, where the longest I went without lifting was about 8 months (last year), my motivation was coming back stronger, older, wiser, adept, and redeeming myself for that specific failure-- when I lift I actually can put stuff and crap behind me, behind me. Anything before gym-time didnt count up until that point only the process itself since the law or energy states that energy can't be destroyed only created, and when my body follows my mind follows-I am mentally sharper since pumps overtime create muscle-memory.
And at the end of the day I am more confident, more passionate about what I do, and more committed and anything beside it comes or goes with it as long as I stay the course. More than anything at the same time I finish a session, I dont lose myself I find myself which gradually spills onto my normal every-day life.
"we are looking at the world in which we live in.. some people see it that as a curse, but we must see it as a blessing. A struggle. We gotta come up out of the struggle, you know,... for resurrection, not for incarceration... We’ve got to free our mind. Music is a blessing from God, (dont let nobody playa hate on the culture), stand up, speak the truth ..to power, let's keep strugglin... We gotta keep our Struggle alive, it's not a CURSE; it's a blessing."Last edited by lowroller21212; 09-05-2013 at 07:55 AM.

What motivates me most in the gym is the past that I've had. I was fifty pounds heavier than I am now and once u take a good look in the mirror, u don't want to ever see that past again! You have to keep going strong and never give up! Everytime I walk through those gyms its another opportunity for me to reach my goals, to be where i want to be in life-physically and mentally! The sweat keeps me going, my increase in heart rate keeps me going! Do all that u can do and keep it up! Never give up! I go until my body can no longer take it; pushing myself to the limits lets me know that I am doing my absolute best! When I am in the gym its an adrenalin rush and I go PSYCHO!! Once that motivation is installed in your brain, there is no going back! The power is within me to keep going and going!! My favorite quote that motivates me "the world ain't all sunshine and rainbows, its a very mean and nasty place, and I don't care how tough you are, it will beat you to your knees permanently if you let it, me, you, or no body is gonna hit harder than life so if you know what your worth, go out and get what you are worth, but gotta be willin to take the hits n not point fingers at him, her, or anyone, cowards do that and that ain't you!"
