    Is this normal? (WEIGHT)

well, hello guys!! Just a thought.... about a month ago I weigh at 175, i started dieting. eating 5-6 meals a day eating every 2-3 hours. Well, its a been a month now, right now I am at 170. I feel like im stuck on this weight for the longest. My waist did get smaller.. Is it normal to lose almost close to 1 pounds a week?

I feel a lot stronger now though. feel a lot lighter for some reason. A month ago, i would struggle to do dips but now, I can do 10x10 easy. lol ! My pull ups have improved. I used to do 3 MAX. Now I can go up to 6-7 hard rep. no assist.

So anyhow, Is this normal for a weight loss?

If your weight isn't moving for two months, decrease calories or increase activity.

Sounds like you're getting more physically fit. I judge my weight loss from the mirror and my physical gains. You might be putting on more muscle and losing fat so that can be a reason why the scale isn't moving much.
