    Maybe just reduce the intensity of cardio like flat walking instead of incline and 10 min instead of 20? And just eat more peanut butter and stuff.

    Nice work on the benching though - doing real volume unlike someone else...lol.

    You going wrapless and I'm going wrappy. Wow so turntables.

    How many revs you get out of your RPMs? I'm thinking of getting them tighter and tighter as the weights get heavier, 7 revs is loose, 8 a bit tigher and 9 is about all I get out of them while still being able to tuck the end through the wrap.

    That's basically what I get and I consider the 7-8-9 to be loose, tighter, heavy as well. When I have someone help wrap me I can get like 10 maybe more, but that's painful, but fun as well.

    I usually end up hitting 2 sets in wraps before my work set, the first one will be looser but the last warmup I'll tighten them as much as I intend for my work sets just so I get the feel down.


    I'll be back in wraps pretty soon. I want 475 as my last gym single and 485+ at the meet

    ordered my wraps a week ago and it took titan until yesterday to finally even run my paypal payment through so guessing it's not even on it's way out yet

    really want it to come in next few days while I deload squat anyways so I can play around a little wrapping them with light weights

    Even if they aren't there in time for the deload you should have enough time before the meet to learn them well IMO. 6 weeks is more than enough, so as long as shipping isn't ridiculously slow or something you should be good.

    I'm getting excited to get back into my wraps but not excited for the time it adds to a squat session.

    How much of a difference do you find the 7-8-9 makes? I did 7 for a warmup single to feel the wraps a bit and it felt the same as a bare knee lol. 8 felt good, and 9 will definitely be a bit tighter..

    I only did 2 sets in my wraps today but it's still some practice I guess.

    It's a different feeling with them very tight. Feels a bit different when you hit depth and quite a bit more rebound out of the hole (at least how I squat) so it's good to get used to what depth feels like in a tight wrap and the rebound so you dont' get pitched forward.

    I think it's a good idea how you're doing it, starting out looser to get used to that and gradually getting tighter

    Yeah that's what DG recommended when I asked him on the animal forvm too. I'll probably do a few more weeks with 8 revs and then the last few with 9.

    Had to fly through everything fast after benching. For close grips tendonitis was flaring up so I put the compression cuffs back on and tried them above the elbow on my tricep (as I think thats where the tendonitis is) and it felt good. I haven't been using them on bench since I started meet prep because for me the do make it feel a bit different.

    So it was pretty fitting my apemanstong lift angry shirt came today. I'm just going to try to cliff this

    -warmups feel really good, last dl session before my bday, figure yolo
    -miss 600 above the knees
    -old british ***got complains about me deadlifting
    -kunt gym worker comes and tells me I can't deadlift there (in wide open area lol)
    -i've done exactly this for 4 years
    -try to remain calm, she's a huge bitch
    -leave all the plates and bar right there, storm out of gym
    -she yells way to be mature, I say way to do your job so professionally
    -drive to another gym
    -rage deadlift for an hour, worked back up to 545 single, then yolo'd off a deficit
    -ton of deficit prs, 500 abd 525x1 were the best ones



    pretty sure I actually blacked out in a rage for awhile. I might post up the dl video when I calm down lol

    yea bench is moving decently, squat is making the most progress. Probably no coincidence that I'm not emotionally attached to squat pr's so I can just go in and put in work for weeks on end (now finally seeing the gains), where as I go full potato deadlifting all the time

    I think the most I ever even attempted in the gym is 385 and it flew up at that time and I wish I went for more. I peaked horribly for our last meet, I know the weeks leading up to it I was good for 415+ and 402 was a grind day of.
