Did a ton of mashing stretching etc lastnight and felt way less jacked up today.
Today did 45 minutes of MISS, aaaandddd bodyweight down to 217!!! das it mane
I've been eating 3200-3600 calories the last few days but am dropping weight like crazy, maybe I was actually eating too little before, also had a pretty big increase in walking with school starting and could be waterweight too. Probably a combo of all 3 but I'll take it.
Snapped this today, obviously no pump since I did just cardio. Really liking how I look except for the water/bloat/fat around my lover handles and low back.

I always have that man. I think its just my body needs to get used to handling that particular weight on that day. Also sometimes im just not mentally ready for the weight and then after the first set I get hyped and its easier.

re: sets getting easier after first one...that happens to me all the time too. Also a lot of times my first rep is chit and all the ones after are easy especially with squats. My best ever squat set was 315x10ish (maybe 11? been so long since I've PRed squat) and I remember my first rep sucked and I thought I was gonna hit like 3 reps after it but it just kept getting easier

wow, haven't really had that happen to me within a set (although now maybe i'll pay more attention to that) but for sure with multiple sets. I think thats why sheiko has you hit 2+ sets at alot of the warmup weights.

But I am feeling pretty run down, nothing is certain yet but I will finish this week as normal and then likely do a true deload next week, I really haven't done that in a long ass time."Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! No I really think on a good day I'd have it, just have been feeling beat up and not really "on" squatting the last 2 weeks, and today's warmups were no different. So I didn't want to go for it, get stapled, pissed off, and then have a ****ty day lol.
I think it'll be awhile before I hit it, but when I do it'll be a smokeshow.
